Jeremy Weiss owns the label CI Records (est. 1987) . He has produced over 1,300 live concerts through CI Productions, primarily booking at The Chameleon Club, the CI-owned all ages venue, The Champ, and Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center, more recently.  Weiss has signed notable acts, such as August Burns Red, Texas In July, Carousel Kings, The Pink Spiders, & more!

He is the Director & Founder of LAUNCH Music Conference & Festival in Lancaster, PA, an annual 3-day showcase festival and conference in its 14th year.  LAUNCH hosts industry panels and seminars by day, and over 175 performances by night on 15 stages at 11 different venues.

Jeremy is able to advise on a wide array of subject matter, including but not limited to:
